Weekly Rate* $1,975.00
Nightly Rate* $297.00 (minimum 3 nights)
Cleaning/Linen Service Fee $175
Long term rental at discounted rates January-April.
Rental rates include linen and towel service, pool usage and a fully equipped household.
Upon departure, your only responsibility is to place all trash in trash cans and load the dishwasher.
All cleaning services are provided by the Proprietor.

We accept Visa/Mastercard, cash and personal checks.
$200 is due at all bookings, and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due upon arrival.
Each reservation is subject to a $200 security deposit, which will be returned provided the house was left damage-free within 5 days after your departure.
